Returns 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be purchased from shopunj.commust be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us  within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Notes

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

If the order was placed on Etsy, eBay, or other online marketplaces, you are advised to request a return through the platform order detail page.

We pay for return shipping.

No sales tax except on orders Oklahoma.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at contact@shopunj.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
